Our wedding will be taking place at the truly enchanting Château Hermitage de Combas on 4 July 2026. Nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes of the South of France, this stunning venue captured our hearts with its timeless elegance and serene beauty.
We’ll be sharing more details as we get closer to the date but for now, here is the high level days and times that you need to know.
If you haven’t already, please take a moment to RSVP for our wedding by 30 November, 2025. Your timely response is incredibly important to us as it helps with our final arrangements for catering, seating, and all the magical details of our day.
For guests staying on-site, no transport is required on the wedding day.
For those staying close by, local taxis can be arranged, or parking will be available on-site at the venue.
Get ready to hit the dance floor! We’ve created a Spotify playlist where you can add your favourite tunes – whether it’s a classic you love, a nostalgic hit, or the song that always gets you moving.
Add your requests, and help us make our celebration truly our own!
For our wedding, think breezy, stylish cocktail attire
A step up from casual, but no tuxes or ball gowns needed. Lightweight dresses, suits or slacks with a dress shirt, or jumpsuits are perfect for moving and dancing.
When in doubt, wear something you feel good in, and maybe a little extra festive—we’re here to celebrate, not attend Paris Fashion Week.
Ladies
For women, opt for a knee-length, midi, or smart mini-dresses, or choose a chic jumpsuit. Footwear can include heels, flats or sandals, complemented by a small clutch and statement jewellery to complete the look.
Gents
For men, a well-tailored suit made of wool, linen, or cotton blends suiting the climate. Pair this with some nice dress shoes. A tie or bowtie are optional but by no means a requirement.
The South of France in July promises lovely warm weather, with average highs around 30-35°C (84-86°F) and lows between 20-25°C (64-68°F). It will be warm, and we’ll be sure to keep you cool and hydrated throughout the celebrations
For the Friday Welcome Soirée, plan to spend most of the day by the pool, so pack your swimwear and casual poolside attire; for dinner that evening, smart casual attire would be perfect. On Sunday, there’s no need to dress up for the Wedding Brunch – just come as you are, even in your pyjamas if you wish!
Nestled in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon vineyards, just minutes from Pézenas, Béziers, and about half an hour to the Mediterranean Sea, Château Hermitage de Combas is a truly magical setting. What started as a medieval fortress in the 13th century has evolved into an enchanting retreat—full of history, charm, and modern comforts that the two of us absolutely adore (and we hope that you will too!).
Why We Fell in Love With It
The château blends the romance of centuries past with the comforts and conveniences of today. We love the idea of friends and family wandering through vine-framed gardens, gathering in sunlight-filled spaces, lounging by the pool, or enjoying pétanque matches beside ancient oaks.
It’s exactly the kind of place we dreamed would hold our wedding—a place that feels like home, history, and holiday all rolled into one unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to share it with you!
Your presence at our wedding is truly the only gift we need, please don’t feel obligated to bring anything but your dancing shoes! If you’re feeling generous and wish to give a gift, you are welcome to contribute to our honeymoon fund.
